ORDER

The petitioner seeks for quash of the FIR in Crime No.1693 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the Court at Trichy, through online in E-Filing No.LTN20230001091C202400339 on 23.09.2024. However, it has not been taken on file.

3. In view of the above, the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, is directed to deal with the case, allocate the same in accordance with the roster, and direct the concerned Court to take the case on file forthwith. This Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
