PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned order of the 1st respondent in A1/19/2021, dated 15.02.2021 the consequential impugned order of the 1st respondent dated 22.02.2021 and quash the same as illegal and direct the 1st respondent to issue a "No Objection Certificate", Relieving Order and acceptance of resignation of the petitioner and consequently, direct the 3rd respondent to appoint the petitioner as Typist in the Employment and Training (Employment Wing) Department selected pursuant to the combined Civil Services Examination-IV (Group-IV Services) for the year 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 conducted by the 3rd respondent as and when the "No Objection Certificate" and Relieving Order issued by the 1st respondent.
