This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file final report in Cr.No.253 of 2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, a case in Cr.No.253 of 2022 has been registered. In this case, investigation is almost completed. Hence, he seeks 1 week time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.
3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition and the respondent police also seeks 1 week time to file final report, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of 1 week from the date of this order. 2/4
4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
