ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner seeks bail, as he was arrested on 06.06.2018, for offences under Sections 366 of IPC and Section 5(g) of POSCO Act, in Crime No.6 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police. 2.This Court had dismissed the petitioner's earlier petition, taking note of the fact that the victim belongs to Scheduled Caste Community and that this is a case of gang rape. This Court had given specific direction that charge sheet should be filed on or before 31.08.2018 and that the Mahila Court should conclude the trial within a period of three months thereafter.
