It is informed by the learned Government Advocate that the proceedings are pending against the petitioner in C.C.No.459 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri. Therefore, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, for the similar request now made in this writ petition. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, upon receipt of such petition, shall dispose of the same by following due process of law.
