ORDER

The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of his objection petition bearing Receipt No.1389 of 2021, dated 31.03.2021, on the file of the second respondent.

2. The petitioner states that a joint patta was issued in respect of the property bearing Survey No.536/13 at Koovanthur Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District, in favour of the petitioner's father and uncle. Based on such joint patta, he apprehends that his uncle and other relatives are attempting to alienate the property bearing Survey No.536/13. In order to prevent such alienation, he lodged an objection petition on 31.03.2021 with the second respondent. W.P(MD)No.13555 of 2021 expeditious disposal thereof.

3. Mr.R.Baskaran, learned counsel for the State, accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents and has no objection to the expeditious disposal of the petitioner's objection petition.

4. Accordingly, without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent herein is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's objection petition bearing Receipt No.1389 of 2021 dated 31.03.2021 after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and all others whose names are reflected in the joint patta No.2025. Such reasoned order shall be passed within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. W.P.(MD).No.13555 of 2021 is disposed of on these terms without any order as to costs.
