2. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) submits that they have not received any complaint from the 4th respondent. It is only the petitioner who has sent a representation on 03.06.2024 with regard to money dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) that there is no complaint as against the petitioner from the 4th respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
