Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the encroachments made in Dindigul Kamarajar Bus Stand and give Protection to the passengers on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 26.04.2017.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the first respondent to remove encroachments alleged to have been made in the place mentioned therein on the basis of representation dated 26.04.2017, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.

2.Mr.J.Lawrance, learned counsel, has taken notice for the first respondent and Mr.M.Govindan, learned Special Government Pleader, has taken notice for the second respondent. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has contended to the effect that the second respondent has made encroachment under the guise of running milk vending booth and therefore a representation has been given, but the same has not been considered.

4.Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order. 5.In fine, this Writ Petition is allowed in part without costs and the first respondent is directed to look into the representation dated 26.04.2017 and dispose of the same within a period of one month.
