ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.80 of 2024, for the offence under Sections 341, 1/3

147, 148 and 394 IPC, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 30.03.2024, when the defacto complainant was on his way in a two-wheeler, the accused persons waylaid him and demanded money from him. They also attacked him and caused injury. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. However, this case has been foisted against the petitioner. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) opposes for grant of anticipatory to the petitioner on the ground that apart from this case, the petitioner has involved in five previous cases.

5. Considering the nature of offence and also considering the antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2/3
