The Writ Petition is directed against the letter dated 24.06.2021 issued by the respondent in Letter No.A3/MII-180/2014 and for further direction to the respondent to receive the balance amount payable by the writ petitioner and execute conveyances and documents in favour of the writ petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the writ petitioner was reported dead.
3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that even in their counter they have stated that the plot was name transferred in favour of the writ petitioner's father R.Pandiaraj on 13.06.2023 and the sale deed for the plot was issued on 20.06.2023. 2/4
