O R D E R The petitioner has filed the above petition, seeking writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to take immediate action based on the representation given by the petitioner, dated 30.05.2022 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned State Public Prosecutor would submit that the allegations in the writ petition are only against Thiru.D.Jayakumar, Former Minister of Fisheries in the Government of Tamil Nadu and he has also produced the status report in this regard. He would further submit that the enquiry is still pending. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition was filed only to take action against the said Former Minister. 4.When this Court has pointed out that the above case has to be posted before the Special Bench constituted to deal with the cases, involving Former M.Ps and MLAs, at the Principal Seat, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw 2/4

this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 6.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
