Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.SUSI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.EROTTUCHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time for one week period to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- by way of demand draft in favour of The Dean, Kanyakumari Medical College Hospital, Kanyakumari as per the direction of this Court in CRL OP(MD) No.6229 of 2020, dated 16.06.2020.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for depositing the said amount and surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
