PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records of the impugned First Information Report in Crime No.173 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police Station and quash the same as illegal.

O RDER Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet is made ready and the charge sheet will be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai within a period of four weeks.

2. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed with a direction to the first respondent Police to file a charge sheet before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise all those points in this petition before the concerned Court at the time of trial. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
