Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records relating to the common impugned transfer order of the Fourth Respondent vide proceedings Na.Ka.No.A3/4280/2022, dated 28.04.2023, and quash the same as illegal as far as on petitioner's transfer alone, under Rule 11(1) of the Tamilnadu Village Panchayat Secretaries (Conditions of Service) Rules 2013 and consequently direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to find out the legality of the other 5 Panchayat Secretaries who are all transferred along with the petitioner in the common impugned transfer order of the Fourth Respondent.

ORDER

The instant Writ Petition has been filed by a Village Panchayat Secretary, challenging the order of his transfer from Vijayapathy Village Panchayat to Anaikarai Village Panchayat.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has accepted the order of transfer and he has joined in the transferred post.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.(MD) No.10217 of 2023 is closed.
