JUDGMENT
(By G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The appellant herein filed W.P.(MD)No.7207 of 2023 for directing Madurai Corporation to take action pursuant to the demolition notice dated 25.03.2022. The writ petition was dismissed on 30.03.2023. Aggrieved by the same, this writ appeal came to be filed. 2.Since the appellant and the private respondents are closely related, we suggested that the matter could be resolved through mediation. The matter was referred to mediation. We are happy to record that settlement agreement was entered among the parties on 21.07.2025. The settlement agreement dated 21.07.2025 shall form part of this judgment.

3.Recording the settlement arrived at between the parties, this writ appeal disposed of. No costs.
