PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent herein not to allow the respondents 4 & 5 to construct the bridge in the rain water pass-away public canal near Kannamma Rice Mill, Melamedu Street, Kottaikulam Road of Pattukkottai Municipality by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.04.2023, within a stipulated time.
