PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the Additional District and Sessions Court (Fast Track Court), Theni to dispose the H.M.C.M.A.No.21 of 2019 which filed against common judgment passed in H.M.O.P.No.40 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Court, Theni at an earlier date within a stipulated time as that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present revision petitions have been filed seeking an expeditious disposal of H.M.C.M.A.Nos.20 and 21 of 2019 on the file of Additional District and Sessions Court (Fast Track Court), Theni.

2. A perusal of B-diary extract indicates that the arguments were heard on 09.08.2023 and it was reserved for judgment. However, for delivering judgment, it is being adjourned for more than 10 months.

3. Considering the above said facts, the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Theni is directed to dispose off both the appeals on or before 31.07.2024.

4. With the said direction, both the Civil Revision Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
