Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection for the petitioner and his family members for leading a peaceful life in agricultural land from Tamil Nadu Government under Special Scheme for handing over land to landless poor farming families, 2006 and also for protection of life of the petitioner and his family members, based on his representation dated 29.07.2020.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2.The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the fourth and fifth respondents.
