Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

2.The petitioners' counsel alleges that the respondents police are harassing the petitioners on the basis of the complaint said to have been given by the fifth respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the fifth respondent has given a complaint against the petitioners and their son. It is pending at petition/enquiry stage. The petitioners shall appear before the third respondent on 12.10.2020 at 11.00 a.m. The petitioners shall cooperate with the enquiry. The petition/enquiry shall be concluded within a period of 10 days thereafter. If the third respondent decides to register any FIR, the petitioners will be put on notice so that the petitioners will have breathing time to move this Court for anticipatory bail. 4.Subject to these directions, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
