Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct proper enquiry pursuant to the enquiry notice dated 26.04.2022 in objection petition No.23 of 2023 in accordance with law by providing opportunity to the petitioner and pass an order and till such time not to register any document in respect of the property in Survey Nos.347/2A1 and 347/2B2, Kanavaipatty Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents.

2. Issuance of notice to the third and fourth respondents is dispensed with.

3. The only request made by the petitioner is that the second respondent should conclude enquiry and pass final orders on the objection petition. No exception can be taken to the said request. The second respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry and pass final orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall put the third and fourth respondents on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the case. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or other.

4. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 11.05.2023 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
