This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 17.12.2016 and pass orders on the same.

2.Through the said representation, the petitioner wanted certain properties to be attached in respect of the proceedings pending before TANPID Court in C.C.No.17 of 2013. 3.When admittedly, the proceedings are pending before the competent Court, the petitioner has to only approach the said Court and make appropriate application for redressel of his grievance, if any. Without doing so, the petitioner made a representation to the respondent and wants that representation to be disposed of by filing the present writ petition. I do not think that this is the proper course of action, as the petitioner has only to approach the TANPID Court and file appropriate application.
