This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is a history sheeter in H.S.No.496 of 2016 and the police neeeds to have frequent surveillance over the petitioner.

3. The petitioner cannot maintain this petition not to harass more particularly due to the fact that he is a history sheeter. However, it is made clear that the family members of the petitioner should not be harassed by the respondent police. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
