2.The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner herein submits that he would not press for the modification of para No.4 of the order, dated 27.04.2018. But then, he wanted this Court to extend time for making the deposit. He, contended that marriages have to be held in the family in quick succession and therefore, he is not in position to surrender before the Court below. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Therefore, time for surrender, deposit of amount and execution of sureties before the Court below is extended till 10.09.2018. With the above direction this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
