This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based upon the representation dated 15.07.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the direction issued in Crl.M.P No.28 of 2021 and on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent herein enquiry was undertaken. Similarly on the basis of the representation made by the petitioner enquiry was undertaken. The complaint given by the third respondent also came to be closed. Similarly representation of the petitioner was also.

4. It is also noted that W.P(MD)No.19642 of 2015 is also pending before this Court, which was filed by one Sahaya Stalin against one Sornavalli and Vasanthi. The said Sornavalli is the purchaser from the power of attorney of one Santhanam, Sundaravel and Balu. The petitioner is the power of attorney of the abovesaid persons.

5. Since the complaint given by the third respondent as well as the representation given by the petitioner have been closed, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. Since complaint has been closed, there is no harassment at the hands of the second respondent under the guise of enquiry and this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous.
