PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.75 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A2 and A1, who were arrested on 12.06.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 353 and 307 IPC, in Crime No.75 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that on 11.06.2022 at about 08.00 pm., there was a temple festival in the village and during the temple festival, trouble has arisen between the parties, out of which the defacto complainant sustained a simple injury on his shoulder when the police also tried to prevent the same. Based upon the aforesaid incident, the petitioners were arrested and remanded to custody on 12.06.2022.
3.Insofar as the 1st petitioner is concerned, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

CRL OP(MD). No.11326 of 2022 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent submitted that the 1st petitioner is having one previous case in Crime No.49 of 2018.
5.Considering the duration of the custody of the 2nd petitioner/A1, this court is inclined to grant bail to the 2nd petitioner with certain conditions.
6.Accordingly, the 2nd petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Singampuneri, Sivagangai District, and on further condition that the 2nd petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Insofar as the 1st petitioner is concerned, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
