The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the 3rd respondent to furnish the copy of his office Order in Na.Ka.No.5629/2014, dated 01.04.2016 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 27.04.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the

respondents 1 to 4 as well as the learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent and perused the materials available on record. 3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.04.2017 and pass appropriate orders, purely on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order copy. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
