ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 493, 494 and 496 of IPC, in Crime No.150 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the second daughter of the defacto complainant was missing from 26.04.2018. Thereafter, she came to understand that the first accused has given false promise and on such promise, and on such promise she is staying with him. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the first and second petitioners are husband and wife and the first petitioner is son-in-law of the defacto complainant. Due to education, the second daughter of the defacto complainant is staying with them and going to college. The third petitioner is the mother of the first petitioner herein. They are not indulged in any crime as alleged by the defacto complainant.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that the victim girl given statement that she got married with the first petitioner in the Meenakshi Amman Temple, Madurai and they are living together. she was discharged by her father and thereafter, no relationship between her and her parents.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, Dindigul District and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 6.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
