ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner's life and limb to cut the trees grown up in Survey No.286/1, Muthalvarpatti Village, Marungapuri (Taluk), Trichy District by taking into consideration of petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2020 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the second respondent and based on which, an enquiry has been initiated in C.No.84/NBC/S3PS/2020 and during enquiry, if it is found protection is required, suitable https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.[MD]No.10698 of 2020 action will be taken.
