This criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr. P.C. to direct the special Judge for SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities ) Act/ District and Sessions Judge (PCR Unit), Sivagangai, to consider the bail application of the Petitioners on the same day of their surrender in Crime No.129/2021 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the earlier order of this court dated 21.04.2021, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Muniyandi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor, for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to extend the time granted in the order dated 21.04.2021 made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5705 of 2021, on the file of this Court.

submit that due to pandemic situation, the petitioners could not surrender before the concerned Court within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court and hence seek time to surrender.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
