This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent to conclude the inquiry, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 06.05.2022 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner was received by the respondent police in CSR.No.257 of 2022 and the enquiry is going on and they are ready to consider the same within a period of two weeks.
