ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Balaji, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.E.Anthony Sahaya Prabahar, Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st & 2nd Respondents, this Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16998 of 2021, dated 02.11.2021. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD)No.7280 of 2022 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks two weeks further time to surrender before the trial Court and file a petition for bail.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the time is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16998 of 2021.
