:Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consder the representation given by the petitioner dated 28.08.2020, seeking the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the History sheet on the file of the 3rd respondent herein. For Petitioner : Mr.M.Ganeshkamu For Respondents : Mr.R.Srinivasan, Government Advocate

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner's name is figuring in the History sheet maintained by the third respondent. It apears that he is involved in some other cases also. But then, the status of the petitioner will have be to reviewed periodically. In this case, it was not undertaken. Hence, the petitioner has given representation on 28.08.2020 in this regard. The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and review his status in the history sheet and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks.

3. With this direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
