ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 406, 420 and 506(i) IPC, in Crime No.9 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the the first petitioner has purchased the rice bags to the tune of Rs.45,98,450/-(Rupees Forty Five Lakhs Ninety Eight Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Only) and repaid a sum of Rs.5,80,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Eighty Thousand Only) and the second petitioner has abused the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent. They did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would vehemently oppose the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
5.Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. In this circumstance, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
