: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to issue separate patta in respect of Survey No.204/2 to an extent of 1/3rd of 1 Acre 90 cents and in respect of Survey No.220/1 to an extent of 53 cents of Keela Veeranam Village, Veerakeralampudur Taluk, Tirunelveli District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 10.04.2015 within a time stipulated by this Court.

********** This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to issue separate patta in respect of Survey No.204/2 to an extent of 1/3rd of 1 Acre 90 cents and in respect of Survey No.220/1 to an extent of 53 cents of Keela Veeranam Village, Veerakeralampudur Taluk, Tirunelveli District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 10.04.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3.Even in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it is stated that the petitioner has purchased 1/3 of the property in Survey No.204/2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that since the property is not divided sofar, the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.04.2015 cannot be considered. 4.In view of the above fact, I do not find any merits in the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
