ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the respondent to change the Tariff from VI to I-a in Electricity Service connection number 07123006483 given to the petitioner's residential building situated in R.S.No.L.6/2-12 of Vadivesswaram Village in Augasteteswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District and shift the electric meter box.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the issue raised in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
