This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1406 of 2018, dated 25.07.2018.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
