The above petition is filed to order substituted service of notice to the fourth respondent by way of publishing the notice in any one of the daily Newspaper in C.M.A.

(MD)No.1154 of 2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent. Records perused.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the fourth respondent had remained ex-parte before the Tribunal.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the fourth respondent, by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Murasu, having wide circulation in Puducherry District, indicating the next date of hearing as 06.07.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 25.06.2026.

5. Post the matter on 06.07.2026.
