Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order of the first respondent made in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.1896/A1/2017, dated 00.08.2018 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the first respondent to appoint the Petitioner in the post of Anganwadi Worker for the Anganwadi Centre at Mela Arumbur-2 situated in Government Elementary School, Kela Arumbur.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the order of the first respondent made in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.1896/A1/2017, dated 00.08.2018 and consequently to direct the first respondent to appoint the Petitioner in the post of Anganwadi Worker for the Anganwadi Centre at Mela Arumbur-2 situated in Government Elementary School, Kela Arumbur.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that one Sangeetha has been selected and appointed as Anganwadi Worker in the Anganwadi Centre at Mela Arumbur-2 situated in Government Elementary School, Kela Arumbur, after following due process of law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above said submission, this Court finds no perversity or irregularity in the selection process and appointment. As such, the relief sought for by the Petitioner in this Writ Petition cannot be granted.
