Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner alleges harrasment at the hands of the respondents 2 &3.

3.The learned Government Advocate states that the petitioner is having number of cases to his credit. He has also executed a bond under Section 110 of Cr.P.C. The petitioner was found carrying deadly weapon and in connection with that, the petitioner was summoned.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11195 of 2020 4.I am of the view that the interest of justice will be served, if I direct the respondents to issue written summons to the petitioner. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to issue written summons and there is no question of orally summoning the petitioner.

5.The criminal original petition is disposed of on these terms.
