Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent by initiating disciplinary proceedings based on the petitioner's representation, dated 23.09.2020.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to take appropriate action against the third respondent by initiating disciplinary proceedings based on the petitioner's representation, dated 23.09.2020.

2. The case of the writ petitioner is that without issuing summons, the Sub Inspector of Police came to the petitioner's house and find search of one Swathi, who is the daughter of the complainant namely, Suganthi. Therefore, action was sought.

3. The petitioner has also produced the photograph of the Police to show that the Police has entered into the house of the petitioner

4. On a perusal of the photograph, this Court is of the view that the allegation of the harassment is nothing but pigment of imagination of the petitioner. In fact, the Police went to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.13525 of 2020 petitioner's home for search of one Swathi, who is said to be given shelter in the petitioner's house. The Police has gone on the basis of the complaint lodged by the mother of said Swathi, for just an enquiry. The photograph itself indicates that they have been sitting properly. Therefore, merely on the basis of the Police gone to the petitioner's house in search of the married lady on the basis of complaint lodged by her mother, it cannot be said that there is an harassment by the Police.
