PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.1111 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested on 24.06.2021, for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(aa) r/w. 4(1-A) of TNP Act in Crime No.1111 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was in illegal possession of 55 litres of Pondicherry arrack. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent and a false case has been foisted against him.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is having five previous cases of similar in nature. He further submits that this is the second bail application.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is having five previous cases of similar in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
