ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are in judicial custody since 30.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 307 of IPC, in Crime No.130 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. They seek bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that on 29.07.2018, at about 06.00p.m., when the defacto complainant and the petitioners are consuming liquor, there was a quarrel between them, due to which the petitioners are assaulted the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the injured has been discharged from the hospital.
4.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi.
(ii) the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
