ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner seeks bail, as he was arrested on 17.07.2018, for offences under Section 306 of IPC, in Crime No.402 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police.

2.The petitioner had misbehaved with his daughter in law, which led her to commit suicide. Taking note of the conduct attributed to the petitioner, this Court dismissed his bail petition earlier. 3.Since, there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
