************ [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The petitioner seeks closure of Chicken shop run by the 5th respondent herein in Kunnamparai, Pullani Vilai, Nattalam Village, Kanjiracode Post, Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District. 2.It is admitted that the 5th respondent is not having license to run the Chicken shop as on date. Therefore, the 4th respondent has to necessarily take action to close the same. It is open to the 5th respondent to run the Chicken shop after he obtains licence from the concerned authorities. Till he gets such a licence, the 5th respondent is not entitled to run the Chicken shop. The 4th respondent is directed to take steps forthwith to prevent the unlicensed Chicken shop from being run by the 5th respondent. 3.This writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
