Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.C.HEROLD SINGH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8452 of 2021, dated 28.06.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 14.07.2021, without fail.

5. The petition is ordered accordingly.
