O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to cancel the sale deed, which is having registered document Number 2914 of 2014 and consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 23.05.2017.

2. Heard M/s.R.Alagumani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Muruganandham, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government

Pleader, on instructions would submit that the second respondent had already initiated auction for an enquiry to be conducted as per circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011, issued by the Inspector General of Registration, Chennai and to issue notice to the respondents and the enquiry would be concluded in reasonable time.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry as expeditiously as possible preferable within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
