ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioners to modify and relax the condition imposed by the learned District Sessions Judge, Sivagangai dated 11.08.2018 in Cr.M.P.No.1719 of 2018 regarding appearance of the petitioners before the respondent Police for the period of three weeks at 10.30.a.m.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition no.2 to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Other conditions imposed in Cr.M.PNo.1719 of 2018, remains unchanged.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is partly allowed.
