Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. The petitioner wants the fourth respondent to conduct survey of the petition mentioned land.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that there 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.13027 OF 2022 is a dispute between the petitioner on the one hand and the private respondents on the other. If that be so, the third respondent is directed to intimate the petitioner in writing about their inability to conduct survey and relegate him to the civil Court.
