[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.] The petitioner has filed the Writ Petition to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the encroachments stated to have been made by the third respondent in respect of the land in S.F.Nos.84/10, 340/1 and 340/5, Karisalpatti Panchayat, Varapur Firka, Thirupathur Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2. We direct the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 05.04.2017, on merits and as per law after issuing notice to the third respondent. 3. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
