Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed u/s 482 of C.P.C, praying this Hon'ble Court to grant a further time of 2 weeks to comply with the order of the Honourable Court made in Crl op (MD) No.5497 of 2021, dated 19/04/2021 Prayer in CRL OP(MD). No.5497 of 2021;

Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed u/s 482 of C.P.C, praying this Hon'ble Court to direct the learned District and Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Dindigul District to dispose the bail applicatin filed by the petitioners on merits on the same day on their surrender before the above mentioned concerned Court in pending investigation of Crime No.172 of 2021 on the file of Inspector of Police, Sempatti Police Station, Dindigul District. ORDER:- This Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court Dated 04/08/2021 the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S. Sarvagan Prabhu, Advocate for th Petitioner and of Mr. R.M. Anbunithi, Government Advocate for the respondent(s), this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to extend the time granted in the order dated 19.04.2021 made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5497 of 2021, on the file of this Court.

CRL MP(MD). No.5406 of 2021 2.Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to lockdown, the lower courts are closed and therefore, the petitioner could not surrender before the concerned Court within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court and hence seek time to surrender.

3. Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, 15 days time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
